1) Chemical Engineer – Fresher

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Reporting To: Technical Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and monitor Sulphuric Acid and Single Super Phosphate (SSP) manufacturing processes.
- Monitor critical process parameters, temperatures, acid concentration, raw material consumption and production output.
- Assist in maintaining process stability, production efficiency and product quality.
- Jdentify process deviations, production losses and equipment abnormalities, and report them to senior engineers.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality Control and Safety teams.
- Maintain daily production reports, process logbooks and material consumption records.
- Support process improvement, energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
- Follow plant safety procedures, SOPs and prescribed PPE requirements.

- Basic knowledge of chemical engineering principles, mass and heat balance, and process control.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn plant operations and work in shifts, as required.
