Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Museology from Rabindra Bharati University. Additional mandatory requirements include practical knowledge of museum digital documentation, at least 1 year of experience as a museum trainee at Rabindra Bharati Museum, proven experience in VIP guiding in three languages (Bengali, English, and Hindi), and skills in handling antique objects and museum gallery caretaking.

Consolidated remuneration will be paid as per Rabindra Bharati University norms for contractual Technical Assistants. The engagement is initially for a period of six months, renewable every six months based on satisfactory performance.
