Reliance Industries Limited (RIL): Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program 2027
Program Overview:
Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), 2027
Location: PAN India
Purpose: To hand-pick high-potential engineering talent across India and nurture them for key technical roles across Reliance
Eligible Disciplines:
Chemical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Fire Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree: Full-time B.E./B.Tech, final year, graduating in 2027
- Institution: AICTE-approved college
- Academics: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA in 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable)
- Engineering Aggregate: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA up to the latest semester
- Backlogs and Detention: No active backlogs and no cases of academic detention
- Education Gap: Total gap of not more than 3 years (between 10th and 12th, 12th and Diploma, Diploma and B.Tech, or 12th and B.Tech)
- Previous Application: Must not have applied to the RIL GET program in the last 6 months
- Internship: Must not have interned with RIL in the Summer Internship program (May to August 2026)
- Residency: Must be a resident of India

Screening: RIL team checks details and shortlists eligible candidates
- Assessment Round: 27 October, 12:00 am IST to 30 October 2026, 11:59 pm IST
- Online test: Cognitive Test + Subject Matter
- Only students of the relevant branch can access it
- Take it alone, in a closed, quiet, private room (not in a café, park, restaurant, or similar public place)
- Additional Details Submission: Date to be announced; shortlisted candidates upload details to confirm candidature
- Interview: 14 December, 9:00 am IST to 18 December 2026, 6:00 pm IST; on-ground at RIL regional offices
