Key Skills / Job Description: Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure smooth and safe plant operations and meet production targets. Monitor field equipment as per SOPs, SOCs and checklists, identify equipment performance issues, support process monitoring and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve process-related problems.
Responsibilities include equipment handover and takeover, compliance with PTW/LOTO procedures, sample collection for laboratory testing, gas testing using portable instruments, shift log maintenance, inventory management, housekeeping and emergency response.
Candidates should understand rotary machine seal systems, seal pot level and pressure, compressor lubrication systems, LO/LC valve status and the locations of field instruments. The role also involves risk assessment, toolbox talks, near-miss reporting, hazardous waste handling and compliance with plant safety procedures.
