1) Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive – Production
Department: Production
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc. Chemistry
Experience: 2–7 years
Job Location: Gowribidanur / Hindupuram
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience operating reactors, centrifuges, dryers, millers, vacuum systems and pumps.
- Experience in crystallisation, filtration, drying, milling and packing.
- Knowledge of cleanroom procedures.
- Understanding of automated control systems such as SCADA, DCS and PLC.
- Preparation of SOPs, accurate data entry and maintenance of batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and logbooks.
2) Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Control
Department: Quality Control (QC)
Qualification: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
Experience: 3–7 years
Job Location: Gowribidanur / Hindupuram
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control in API or formulation manufacturing.
- Sampling of raw materials, intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
- Knowledge of GMP and 21 CFR compliance requirements.
- Participation in regulatory audits, including USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, PMDA and other regulatory authorities.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV spectrophotometer, automatic titrator and polarimeter.
3) Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive – Quality Assurance
Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Qualification: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
Experience: 2–6 years
Job Location: Gowribidanur / Hindupuram
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Experience in an API pharmaceutical company.
- Exposure to PQA, AQA, validation and related quality activities.
- In-process quality assurance, review and approval of BMRs.
- Knowledge of QMS activities, including deviations, CAPA, change control, OOS/OOT investigations and SOP management.
- Understanding of cGMP and regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, WHO-GMP and EU-GMP.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
4) Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive – Engineering & Projects
Department: Engineering & Projects
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3–8 years
Job Location: Gowribidanur / Hindupuram
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of process and utility equipment in API manufacturing plants.
- Ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
5) Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive – EHS
Department: Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Qualification: Diploma in Safety
Experience: 2–6 years
Job Location: Gowribidanur / Hindupuram
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Experience in process, laboratory and chemical safety.
- Knowledge of GMP and safety requirements under applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Coordination with government departments, including the Pollution Control Board and Department of Factories and Boilers.
