Role: Sales Development Representative

Work experience: 0 to 4 years

Work Location: Infopark Phase II, Kakkanad

Job Responsibilities:

* Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities

* New customer acquisition activities, including lead generation and sales funnel development

* Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research

* Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients

* Assessing client requirements & creating database of new clients

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients

* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proven experience as a business development or sales executive, with exposure to IT customer support will be an added advantage

* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (optional)
