Job Details
Alphasky Ventures is hiring a Sales & Purchase Associate for aircraft parts at its Infopark Phase II office in Kochi. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or a related field
Skills
- Strong MS Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (advantage)
- Communication, negotiation, coordination and follow-up
- Attention to detail and organization
- Willingness to learn aircraft parts and aviation aftermarket processes
Responsibilities
- Source aircraft parts from customers, vendors and surplus suppliers
- Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing, availability and delivery timelines
- Prepare and process purchase orders and sales quotations
- Track shipments and resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain sales, purchasing and inventory records
- Support documentation compliance (e.g., 8130-3, EASA Form 1)
