Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics, experimentation, and feature engineering.

Key Skills

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn and Statsmodels
Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning
Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting and classification
Expertise in feature engineering and model evaluation
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and hypothesis testing
Knowledge of XGBoost, LightGBM or similar ML frameworks
Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
Familiarity with MLflow, cloud ML platforms and production ML workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize statistical and machine learning models
Perform predictive analysis and identify meaningful data patterns
Design and analyze experiments and A/B tests
Engineer features and improve model performance
Communicate technical findings and business insights to stakeholders
