Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end automation testing and drive the transition to automation-first QA
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks
- Establish unit, API, integration, UI, regression, smoke, and performance testing
- Build API and backend testing capabilities covering REST APIs, JSON/XML, database validation, contracts, and microservices
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Evaluate and introduce practical AI-assisted testing workflows
- Define and track automation coverage, defect escape rate, and flaky-test metrics
- Implement automated reporting and release quality gates
