Job Position: Design Trainee (R&D)
Qualification: B.E & B.Tech (Mech, Auto, EEE, ECE)
Pass out: 2025 to 2026 only
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
- Location: Tamil Nadu
- Mechanical Requirements:
- CATIA V5 certification – mandatory (Part Design, Surface, Assembly & Drafting)
- Automotive lighting systems & component knowledge
- Design & develop lighting components using CATIA V5
- Manage CAD data using PDM/PLM systems
- Coordinate with customers & internal stakeholders
- Strong technical communication & problem-solving skills
- Electronics Requirements:
- Circuit & PCB design for automotive lighting/electrification products
- 2/4-layer PCB layout, routing & DFM/DFA
- LDM, DC-DC Buck/Boost, LED control & power supply design
- H/W design: SBW, A/T, AMT, BMS, CPD & SCU
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, SPI, I²C & HV/analog design
- Tools: Cadence Allegro/OrCAD | PSpice – added advantage
