modern AI-powered solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Python, containerized environments, Kubernetes, and agentic AI systems, along with a passion for delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment. As part of a distributed engineering
team, you will collaborate with architects, product owners, data engineers, and other software engineers to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and AI-driven platforms.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices-based applications.

Build cloud-native solutions leveraging modern cloud platforms and containerized architectures.

Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and solution engineering for complex business requirements.

Develop and implement AI agents and agentic workflows to automate business processes and enhance user experiences.

Build, deploy, and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and mentor junior developers.

Participate in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.

Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills

Strong experience in API development and
microservices architecture.

Proven expertise in cloud-native application development.

Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Advanced Python expertise, including:

FastAPI, Flask, or Django

Asynchronous programming

Data processing and integration frameworks

Test automation and performance optimization

Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.

Hands-on experience designing and developing AI agents and agentic workflows.

Experience with source control systems such as Git and modern CI/CD practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience developing AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, including model orchestration and prompt engineering.

Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic AI platforms.

Front-end development experience using React or
Angular.

Experience with data engineering, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms.

Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development and integration.

Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI observability tools.

Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Desired Experience

5+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise or product development environments.

Demonstrated success in delivering cloud-scale, distributed applications.

Experience building and deploying AI-enabled solutions in production environments.

Experience working with globally distributed or offshore development teams.
