Alphasky Ventures is hiring a Team Lead for Sales & Operations in aircraft parts at its Infopark Phase II office in Kochi, with 3+ years of experience.
Skills
- Aircraft parts sales and aviation aftermarket knowledge
- Handling RFQs, quotations, POs, procurement and order execution
- Understanding of part conditions, certifications and traceability
- Customer communication and negotiation
- Mentoring or supervising team members
- ERP/CRM systems and aviation parts databases
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a Sales & Operations team
- Allocate and prioritize RFQs, customer requirements and operational tasks
- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level team members
- Track open orders, supplier commitments and delivery requirements
- Serve as first-level escalation for operational and customer issues
- Support business targets, order conversion and customer satisfaction
