Job Details
Gravity Business Process is hiring a Technical Proposal Engineer in Kozhikode to prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Procurement or a related technical field
Skills
- Technical proposal preparation, RFQ and tender analysis, costing and pricing
- Technical specification review, BOQ/BOM analysis and technical compliance
- Vendor and procurement coordination and negotiation support
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; CRM/Zoho CRM
- Advantage: Oil & Gas, Industrial Safety, Fire & Gas, Instrumentation or Industrial Equipment experience
Responsibilities
- Review RFQs, enquiries, tenders and technical specifications
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions
- Review datasheets, drawings and BOQ/BOM documents
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers and procurement/sales teams
- Prepare costing, pricing, margins and compliance documentation
- Follow up on submitted quotes and maintain the sales funnel
