Analyze current state, clean/analyze qualitative and quantitative data, build process maps/data models, engage process owners, support technology/AI implications, maintain workstream documentation and change-readiness materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical/problem-solving, communication and organization
- Excel and PowerPoint
- Agile/Lean/Six Sigma or business-analysis certification desirable
