Job Overview

Veeva Systems is hiring an Associate Software Engineer – Test Automation to join its QA & Release Engineering team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities

1. Understand the features and functionality of the Veeva Vault platform and its applications.
2. Analyse assigned test cases to determine whether they can be automated.
3. Develop automation scripts for application programming interfaces (APIs).
4. Create and maintain user interface (UI) automation scripts.
5. Perform automation testing to verify software functionality.
6. Maintain and improve existing automated test scripts.
7. Support regression testing to ensure that existing features continue to work correctly.
8. Work with tools such as Git, Jenkins, and JIRA during daily development activities.
9. Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
10. Identify testing issues and help the team investigate and resolve them.
11. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve software quality.
12. Communicate project progress and testing results to managers and team leaders.
13. Coordinate with international teams and follow established development processes.
14. Learn new automation frameworks, cloud technologies, and DevOps tools.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in software test automation.
2. A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related discipline is required.
