Educational Qualification
Store Keeper cum Accountant: Graduate in Commerce or Economics, or CA/ICWA Inter with working proficiency in MS Office and Tally, plus minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Govt/Semi-Govt institutions or CA firms.
Cook: 8th class pass with minimum 3 years of relevant cooking experience (male candidates only).
House Keeper: 5th class pass with minimum 2 years of Class-IV institutional experience (male candidates only).
Candidate must be a bona fide resident (स्थानीय निवासी) of Chhattisgarh.

Selection is based on an objective merit scoring system out of 100 marks: 70% weightage on percentage of marks in essential minimum educational qualification (70 marks), up to 10 marks for additional post-minimum experience (2 marks per additional completed year, maximum 10 marks), and 20 marks for the Personal Interview. Candidates are shortlisted for interview in a 1:5 ratio per vacancy. In case of ties, older candidates receive preference.

Minimum Educational Qualification Merit 70 Marks (70%) 70% proportional weightage on marks obtained in essential qualifying examination (B.Com/Economics/CA Inter for Accountant; 8th for Cook; 5th for Housekeeper).
Post-Minimum Experience Scoring Max 10 Marks 2 marks awarded for every completed additional year of relevant experience beyond the mandatory baseline, up to a maximum of 10 marks.
Personal Interview & Domain Aptitude 20 Marks Assessment of accounting/tally proficiency, observation home operational ethics, discipline, hygiene, and interview performance before the Selection Committee.
Tie-Breaker Rule Merit Priority In case of identical composite scores, the candidate older in age is ranked higher; if age is identical, higher qualifying exam percentage breaks the tie.
