Job Title: WordPress Developer
Pay: ₹30,000.00-₹40,000.00 per month
Location: Kochi
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in website development, functionality enhancement, and plugin customization & development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building websites from scratch, modifying functionality through coding, and working across multiple platforms when required.

✨ A strong understanding of front-end design principles, creative design concepts, and plugin functionality customization is mandatory to deliver visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop websites from scratch with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, security, and design execution.
* Implement and execute design concepts, ensuring seamless integration between front-end design and back-end functionality.
* Develop, customize, and enhance plugins as per project requirements.
* Create and modify website functionality through custom coding.
* Maintain and optimize WordPress websites for speed, stability, and SEO compatibility.
* Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly websites.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in WordPress environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
* Strong expertise in plugin customization, plugin development, and functionality customization (must-have).
* Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
* Ability to create and modify custom themes and templates.
* Strong front-end design knowledge (UI/UX) and creative design concepts.
* Exposure to multiple platforms like WordPress, Java, PHP.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
* Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
* Experience with version control tools like Git.
* Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop) to support front-end work.
