Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSC-IT/MBA; Core HCM/FIN Certification Must
Skills
- Good understanding of Workday functionality with hands-on experience managing/implementing or supporting Workday engagements
- proven ability to identify and assess complex information protection risks and controls
- understanding of risk assessments, audits, information security, and IT methodologies
- communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain various Workday security modules
- collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations
- identify risks, control weaknesses, and gaps
- administer Roles Responsibilities and Segregation of Duties concepts
- troubleshoot related security configurations
