AI QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI QA Engineer with strong expertise in software quality assurance, test automation, and AI-powered testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing comprehensive test strategies while leveraging AI tools to improve test coverage, automation, debugging, and overall QA efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing for web and software applications.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

Leverage AI tools and LLMs to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze defects, and improve test coverage.

Use AI-powered coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate test automation, code analysis, debugging, and test script development.

Test AI/ML-based features and applications, including validation of AI-generated responses, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and edge cases.

Design test scenarios for AI models, LLM-based applications, chatbots, APIs, and AI agents.

Perform API testing, database validation, and data-driven testing as required.

Analyze test failures, logs, and defects and work closely with developers to identify root causes and resolve issues.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.

Maintain test documentation, test reports, defect reports, and QA metrics.

Continuously explore and implement AI-driven QA techniques to improve testing productivity and quality.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Software QA and Test Automation.

Hands-on experience with Selenium / Playwright / Cypress or similar automation frameworks.

Good knowledge of API testing, SQL, regression testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-based applications.

Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding/testing assistants.

Ability to use AI for test-case generation, automation development, code analysis, debugging, and test optimization.

Knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript for test automation.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and defect tracking tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience testing LLM applications, chatbots, AI agents, RAG systems, or AI APIs.

Knowledge of prompt testing, hallucination testing, model response evaluation, and AI safety/guardrail testing.

Experience with AI-powered testing frameworks and test-generation tools.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
