Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as applicable to the post code) from a recognized University in India incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act, or an institution recognized by UGC/AICTE; OR a pass in Sections 'A' & 'B' of A.M.I.E. (India) examination in the relevant engineering branch.

Selection will be based strictly on merit in the single-level Written Examination (Objective Type CBRT) of 450 total marks across 3 Papers: Paper-I (General Studies & Mental Ability – 150 marks), Paper-II (Core Engineering / Common – 150 marks), and Paper-III (Specialized Branch Engineering – 150 marks). There is no oral interview. Shortlisted candidates must qualify the practical Computer Proficiency Test (CPT – 100 marks) as per G.O.Ms.No.26, followed by original document verification.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration

Application Procedure
- Visit the official APPSC portal at psc.ap.gov.in and complete One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) if applying for the first time.
Log in using your OTPR User ID and Password between 02/11/2026 and 22/11/2026 (up to 11:59 PM) .
Select Brief Notification No. 27/2026 for Assistant Executive Engineers in Various Engineering Services.
- Fill out all required academic qualifications, post code preferences, and personal details accurately.
- Upload your recent photograph and digital signature in the prescribed format and pay the applicable fees online.
- Submit the application and save/print the computer-generated application form for future reference.
