McFadyen Digital is seeking an IT Support Engineer for helpdesk operations, Microsoft 365 administration, end-user computing, networking, and IT documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ITIL Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and Azure Administrator certification preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support
- troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and MFA
- configure Windows and macOS devices
- manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN support
- track assets and maintain SOPs.
