1) Warehouse
Designation: Warehouse Incharge
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in warehouse / stores management, preferably in ethanol plant, process industry or FMCG.
Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Commerce or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for raw materials, chemicals, spares and consumables.
- Receive, inspect, record and issue materials as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock records and documentation (inward/outward/returns).
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, production and maintenance teams for timely material supply.
- Ensure proper stacking, storage and safety standards (FIFO/FEFO).
- Handle material movement through ERP/MIS systems (SAP/other).
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage manpower, equipment (forklift, pallet movers, etc.) and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audits and statutory requirements.
