SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site structure, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
Execute on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, content structure and schema markup.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO roadmap execution for B2B accounts.
Coordinate SEO fixes with Development/CMS teams where required.
Support SEO reporting and client communication for overseas B2B clients.
Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
Focus on commercially relevant SEO outcomes such as qualified enquiries and buyer-intent rankings.
Use AI tools for SEO research, content briefing and reporting as per company workflows.

Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably agency-side.
Experience with B2B and/or international clients (GCC, UK or US preferred).
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research and content-led SEO.
Proficiency in Ahrefs/SEMrush, GSC, GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity and Screaming Frog.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with construction, engineering, manufacturing or real estate sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

B2B link building or digital PR experience.
Knowledge of GEO / AI-powered search visibility.
Experience presenting SEO performance to clients.
