Job Overview
Spektra Systems LLC is hiring freshers for the AI-Native Software Engineer – Trainee position. This is a remote opportunity for candidates interested in software development, artificial intelligence and AI-powered coding tools. Selected candidates will work on real-world projects involving APIs, web applications, integrations, marketing websites and internal AI tools. Candidates will use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and GitHub Copilot to develop software solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Convert software requirements into clear technical specifications for AI coding agents.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
- Develop product features, APIs, integrations and web applications.
- Work with technologies such as React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, Python and C#.
- Review AI-generated code to ensure quality, accuracy and security.
- Identify and fix errors in AI-generated implementations.
- Create and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
- Use Playwright and other testing tools to validate applications.
- Build and update marketing websites and landing pages.
- Maintain consistent branding and design across company websites.
- Support the development of AI agents and business automation tools.
- Improve AI agent instructions, templates and development workflows.
- Work with senior engineers and participate in code reviews.
- Support software deployment through CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
- Investigate and resolve software issues after deployment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates must have basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, C# or Python.
