Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree (M.A. / M.Sc.) in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology with relevant experience in clinical practice and/or teaching. Preferred: M.Phil degree, foundational training in trauma-informed psychotherapy, conversant with MS PowerPoint and design software like Canva for digital collaterals, and strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Selection is based on shortlisting of online applications according to academic credentials in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, clinical/teaching experience, and trauma therapy training. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Personal Interaction (conducted online or offline by TISS Mumbai). Selected candidates must join within 15 days of selection.

Full-time position carries ₹60,000/- per month and part-time position carries ₹45,000/- per month consolidated remuneration without additional allowances.
Teaching Assistant (Full Time): Consolidated ₹60,000/- per month; Teaching Assistant (Part Time): Consolidated ₹45,000/- per month (3 days a week: weekday evenings 05:45 – 08:15 pm and weekday afternoons 02:00 – 05:00 pm). Contract tenure is for 09 months from 01.11.2026 to 31.07.2027.
