Field Sales Executive – Malappuram District

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable visiting businesses across Malappuram district, generating leads, demonstrating website solutions, following up with potential customers, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and potential clients across Malappuram district to generate sales opportunities.
• Generate new leads through business visits and direct customer interactions.
• Present and demonstrate website solutions and services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable website solutions.
• Follow up regularly with leads and interested prospects.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Update lead, follow-up, and sales information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth handover after sales closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam.
• Confidence in meeting clients and handling face-to-face sales discussions.
• Ability to generate leads, demonstrate services, and close sales.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and maintaining sales records.
• Willingness to travel across Malappuram district for business visits.
• Candidates available to join after 1 month are preferred.

Qualification:

• Any degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant field sales experience will be preferred.
