Telecalling & Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling & Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or inside sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, explain packages, arrange or provide demos, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Call assigned databases and connect with potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
• Explain products, services, and packages clearly to customers.
• Follow up regularly with interested and demo customers.
• Arrange or provide online demos when required.
• Handle customer questions and objections confidently.
• Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up records and update CRM details.
• Coordinate with the team for demos and sales closure.

Requirements
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling or inside sales.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good ability to handle calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Ability to explain packages and services clearly.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and maintaining customer records.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in IT sales, software sales, digital marketing sales, or service-based sales is an advantage.
• Good phone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in lead follow-up and sales closure.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in telecalling or inside sales.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
