IFFCO is inviting applications for the Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT) position for its Field Offices located across India. The opportunity is open to candidates holding a four-year B.Sc. Agriculture degree with the required percentage. Selected candidates will undergo one year of training and may be absorbed into the regular pay scale after successful completion of training.
IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Hiring for below position
1. Department: Agriculture
Designation: Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT)
Qualification: Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full-Time Regular Degree from University/Institute recognized by the UGC/ICAR/CTE.
Eligibility: General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree. Candidates having CGPA scores should convert them into percentage while filling the application form.
Training Period: One year
Age Limit: 30 years as on 01 September 2026. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates not belonging to the creamy layer.
Location: Field Offices located all over India. After absorption, selected candidates may be posted in any of the States, Projects or Establishments of IFFCO in India.
Stipend: Rs. 33,300/- per month during the training period.
After successful completion of one year’s training and subject to the requirement of IFFCO, AGTs may be absorbed at a basic pay of Rs. 37,000/- per month in the regular Pay Scale of Rs. 37,000-70,000, along with allowances and benefits as per the rules of the organisation.
Selection Procedure
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Preliminary Computer Based Online Test in an open environment using their own computer/laptop with internet facility.
Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the Preliminary Online Test will be called for the Final Online Test in a controlled environment at designated centres.
IFFCO management reserves the right to make changes in the selection procedure depending upon the number of applications received.
Medical Examination
Candidates shortlisted after the Personal Interview will undergo a medical examination as per IFFCO’s medical standards before final selection.
Knowledge of Language
Candidates must have good reading, writing and speaking knowledge of the regional language of the State for which they apply. Knowledge of one or more additional languages will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
