Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support our ERP implementation and project delivery activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of business processes, strong communication and coordination skills, and an interest in working with clients and cross-functional teams.

Candidates with up to 6 months of relevant internship experience in Business Analysis, ERP, Implementation, or Functional Consulting will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in understanding and documenting client business requirements and processes.
* Support requirement gathering through client discussions, meetings, and user interactions.
* Assist in translating business requirements into functional requirements and specifications.
* Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
* Prepare and maintain functional documents, requirement specifications, process flows, user manuals, and project-related documentation.
* Assist in conducting product demonstrations, user discussions, and training sessions.
* Coordinate with development and technical teams to communicate requirements and clarify functional requirements.
* Support functional testing, UAT activities, issue identification, and resolution tracking.
* Assist clients during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation support.
* Track client requirements, queries, and issues and ensure timely follow-up.
* Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Domain Exposure

Candidates with knowledge or exposure to ERP or enterprise business applications will be preferred, particularly in one or more of the following areas:

* HRMS / Payroll
* CRM
* Finance & Accounting
* Trading / Inventory
* Procurement / Operations
* Other enterprise business applications

Required Skills

* Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
* Up to 6 months of relevant internship experience in Business Analysis, ERP, Implementation, or Functional Consulting will be considered.
* Basic understanding of business requirements and functional analysis.
* Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand business processes and client requirements.
* Basic knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, and testing.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional technical teams.
* Good documentation and presentation skills.
* Willingness to learn ERP applications and implementation processes.
* Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Candidates with relevant ERP, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting knowledge will be preferred.
